$500 gift card + 5% Commission – Just for Making an Introduction

We’re launching our new Referral Program to thank our amazing network for helping us connect with hotel owners in need of proven management services.

Here’s how it works:

$500 gift card of your choice when you introduce us to a hotel owner who needs management.
If they sign with us, you’ll also earn 5% of the first year’s contract value.

That’s it. One introduction. We handle the rest.

We’ve been helping hotels boost performance, cut costs, and drive results. Now we’d like to reward you for helping us do the same for more owners.

To qualify, referrals must be new leads not already in our database or in active discussions with our company.
The $500 gift card will be issued after we have confirmed an introduction to the hotel owner and verified the need for management services.
The 5% commission is based on the first year’s gross management fee and is payable within 30 days of our receipt of payment from the client.
If more than one person refers the same hotel owner, the reward will be granted to the first referral we receive.
The referred hotel owner must sign a management contract with a minimum one-year term for the commission to apply.
All applicable taxes, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.
